Stay
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Smoking is permitted on balconies; please be considerate of other guests and avoid causing smoke nuisance.
Is there a cleaning service during my stay?
Rooms and small apartments receive cleaning service during your stay. Daily cleaning or intermediate cleaning is generally not provided for holiday apartments and large apartments. An additional intermediate clean can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are generally not permitted. In a small number of expressly approved apartments they may be brought on prior request; the current surcharge is 10 €. Please have the exception confirmed before booking.
Which accommodation is accessible by lift?
Rooms, the suite and apartments in Haus Seeblick are accessible by lift. The separate Two-Room Holiday Apartment at the rear of the building is accessible only by its own staircase. Haus Seehang has a wheelchair-accessible Three-Room Apartment on the ground floor.
Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
Yes. Restaurants, a REWE supermarket, an organic supermarket and bakeries are approximately 5 to 10 minutes' walk away. Find our compact overview on the “Around See genießen” page.
Breakfast
Is breakfast available for rooms and holiday apartments?
Yes. Breakfast is usually included as standard with room bookings. Guests in apartments and holiday apartments can add it, depending on the offer and occupancy. Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 to 10:00 in Haus Seeblick.
Can you accommodate allergies and vegan requests?
Please let us know about intolerances or special requests before arrival. We will gladly try to prepare suitable alternatives.
By the lake
Who may use the private lakeside grounds?
Our private lakeside grounds are free of charge and exclusively for our overnight guests. Visitors are asked to use the public lakeside areas instead.
Are loungers and parasols free of charge?
Yes. Loungers and parasols at the lakeside grounds are provided free of charge for our overnight guests.
Can I hire SUPs or paddleboards?
Yes. Overnight guests can hire stand-up paddleboards for an additional charge. Children under 16 must wear a life jacket.
Getting here & getting around
Is there free parking?
Yes. Free parking is available for overnight guests directly at the accommodation.
Can I store my bicycle securely?
Yes. Overnight guests at Haus Seeblick and Haus Seehang can store bicycles in a garage free of charge. Bicycle and e-bike hire businesses are also a few minutes' walk away in the village.
