See genießen grew out of the Birkhofer family's traditional orchard and farm. To this day, fruit growing, processing and hospitality belong together for us.
Many of our products are on the breakfast buffet in the morning. Depending on current availability, you can also take your favourites home.

Lake jam
Our fruit spreads are made from fruit grown in our own orchards or by fruit growers in the immediate area. Depending on the season, we offer strawberry, plum, apricot and mirabelle – for breakfast, to enjoy at home or as a small gift from the lake.
Seesaft
For our naturally cloudy apple juice, apples from our own orchards are picked and pressed. A balanced mix of fruity and tart varieties makes our Seesaft refreshing and distinctive.
Spirits
We carefully process ripe Lake Constance fruit in our own distillery. Apple, pear, plum and mirabelle are available in various bottle sizes and, depending on stock, with or without fruit infusion.
