1. Arrival and departure
Accommodation is available on the day of arrival from 14:30 to 18:00. Later arrival must be arranged with us in advance. On the day of departure, holiday apartments must be vacated by 9:30 and rooms by 10:00.
2. Reservation and deposit
A deposit of 100 euros is required for a binding reservation. The booking becomes binding upon our confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit.
3. Cancellation and early departure
- Up to four weeks before arrival: no cancellation charge; the deposit paid is retained.
- Up to three weeks before arrival: 50 % of the agreed total price of the stay.
- From two weeks before arrival and in the event of early departure: 80 % for rooms and apartments, 90 % for holiday apartments.
The guest retains the right to demonstrate that no loss, or a substantially lower loss, occurred. If accommodation is not occupied after 18:00 without prior notice, there is no entitlement to have it held available.
4. Pets and non-smoking accommodation
Pets are generally not permitted. Exceptions are possible only in two designated ground-floor apartments in Haus Seehang with prior express confirmation. All indoor areas are non-smoking. Open flames are not permitted. An additional cleaning charge of 250 euros may be imposed for violations.
5. Duty of care and damage
The accommodation and its furnishings must be treated with care. Damage must be reported without delay. The guest is liable under statutory provisions for damage caused by themselves, accompanying guests or visitors.
6. Use during your stay
- E-bikes may be charged only in the designated areas of the garage.
- Dishes must be left clean and dry on departure.
- A lost key incurs a charge of 50 euros, and a lost key fob incurs a charge of 30 euros.
- Visitors must be agreed with us in advance.
- Legal requirements must be observed when using the Wi-Fi.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Waste must be separated in accordance with the instructions provided on site.
7. Private lakeside grounds
Our private lakeside grounds are exclusively for our overnight guests. Use is at your own risk and subject to the posted notices. Parents and accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children.
8. Valuables and termination of the agreement
Statutory liability provisions apply to valuables. In the event of significant or repeated breaches of the house rules, the accommodation agreement may be terminated following a prior warning, or without notice in the case of serious breaches.
9. Final provisions
German law applies. If any individual provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
