Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 to 10:00 in Haus Seeblick. It is usually included with room bookings; guests in apartments and holiday apartments can add it depending on the offer and occupancy. The buffet includes bread rolls, cold cuts, cheese, muesli, homemade fruit salad, our own jams and apple juice.

About us · The Birkhofer family
Heartfelt hospitality. For generations.
Our family has been rooted in Immenstaad for almost 100 years. Over the years, the orchard and farm have become two guesthouses right by Lake Constance. Today we run See genießen in the fourth generation – personally, down to earth and always on site.
Our love of fruit remains: since 1970, our own distillery has produced spirits and fine fruit brandies. You will also encounter many of our products at breakfast.
